With more than 140 Marketing Executives on hand at the FreeLife Philippines Leadership Dinner, Ray presented a generous check to the Bahay Biyaya Hostel.
Located in Quezon City, the student hostel is a well-respected home for disabled students studying in both Manila and Quezon City. It provides educational support services to disabled high school and college students alike. These services include counseling, transportation, tuition, accommodation and lodging, books and school supplies, and library facilities.
During the official Grand Launch of FreeLife Indonesia, Ray made a sizable donation to Hope Worldwide. GojiKids’ benevolence coincided perfectly with the organization’s most recent addition, the local Jakarta chapter’s Turen Community Center.
This new center is already providing education and cultural programs to more than 80 local children. The students, most of whom had previously studied in a crumbling bamboo hut, now have proper classrooms, access to the center’s computer training facility, an
opportunity to receive a better education, and training for choice employment opportunities. One of the goals is to develop students into qualified teachers for the center.
