Two members of our FreeLife Family, volleyball players April Ross and Brad Keenan, were at the tops of their games in the second round of Glendale, Arizona’s AVP Best of the Beach tournament on September 26, 2008. Ross was a part of the only seeded women’s team to advance, as she and teammate Jennifer Boss impressively captured victory with a 21-8, 21-15 win over Tyra Turner and defending champion Elaine Youngs.
Fellow FreeLife athlete Brad Keenan, along with teammate Jake Gibb, made the most of his opportunity as well with the night’s best victory, a 21-19, 28-26 thriller against second seeded Dalhausser and third seeded Sean Scott.
